Instructions
WHITE CHOCOLATECRAN-ORANGE COOKIES
INGREDIEN IS
1 Homemade Gourmet® White Chocolate Gran-Orange
Cookie/Bar Mix with white chocolate chips and
Craisins® packet
1 egg suck butter, softened
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. With an electric mixer, beat egg with butter until creamy. Add cookle mix and stir unti well blended.
Stir in white chocolate chips and craisins®.
3. Form dough into 1/2 inch balls, and place about 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
4. Bake 10 minutes or until edges are just starting to brown. Cool 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack.
MAKES ABOUT 36 COOKIES. INDIVIDUAL RESULTS MAY VARY.
* NOTE THAT COOKIES WILL BAKE FASTER ON DARKER BAKING SHEEIS.
WHITE CHOCOLATE
CRAN-ORANGE COOKIES BARS
INGREDIENTS
1 Homemade Gourmet® White Chocolate Cran-Orange
Cookie/Bar Mix with white chocolate chips and
Craisins® packet
1 egg
1 stick butter, softened cup milk chocolate chips, optional 1 3.5-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8×8 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
2. with an electric mixer, beat egg with butter until creamy. Add cookie mix and stir until well biended.
Press dough into the baking dish.
3. Bake 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from oven. Sprinkle white chocolate chips, Craisins® and milk chocolate chips over top. Cover with sweetened condensed milk.
4. Bake another 5 minutes, or just before the chocolate chips melt. Remove from oven, let cool. Gut into cookie bars or Squares.
