Instructions
AWESOME OATMEAL COOKIES INGREDIENTS:1 Homemade Gourmet® Awesome Oatmeal Cookie Mix
1 large egg
1 stick butter or margarine, softened
1 tablespoon sugar
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In mixing Dow, combine mix, egg, and butter; stir until blended. Form dough into 1-inch balls, roll each in sugar, and place about 2 inches apart on greased cookIe sheet. (Note that cookies will bake taster on darker cookie sheets.)
3. Bake for 8 - 10 minutes.
MAKES ABOUT 36 COOKIES. INDIVIDUAL RESULTS MAY VARY.

LINZER BAR INGREDIENTS:
1 Homemade Gourmet® Awesome Oatmeal Cookie Mix

1 stick unsalted butter or margarine, sottened ¾ cup low sugar black raspberry preserves 1 tablespoon sugar DIRECTIONS:
1. in a large bowl, combine mix, egg, and butter; stir until well blended. Cover and chill for 1 hour for mixture to tirm.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Press 2/3 of dough in greased 8x8 baking pan. Spread preserves over crust and crumble remaining dough in small pieces evenly over top of preserves. Sprinkle with sugar.
3. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes. Cool on wire rack; cut into
2"×2" squares.
