Instructions
PUMPKIN PIE CHEESECAKEINGREDIENTS
1 packet Homemade Gourmet® Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake Mix
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping, thawed and divided graham cracker pie crust
DIRECTIONS
1. In a bowl, beat the cheesecake mix and cream cheese until smooth and creamy, and then gently stir in 4 ounces whipped topping.
2. Spoon mixture into crust and top with remaining whipped topping.
3. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.

PEPPERMINT CHEESECAKE PIE
INGREDIENTS
1 Homemade Gourmet® Peppermint Cheesecake Mix
2 (0-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

(8-ounce) container whipped topping, thawed and divided 1 graham cracker pie crust or chocolate pie crust
DIRECTIONS
1. In a large bowl, beat cheesecake mix and cream cheese until smooth and creamy; gently stir in 4 ounces whipped topping.
2. Spoon mixture into crust and, it desired, top with remaining whipped topping.
3. Chill at least 2 hours.

CHEESEBALL/DIP
INGREDIENIS
1 packet Homemade Gourmet® Holiday Cheesecake Duo Mix
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
Stick butter, softened (no substitutes)
Granam crackers, vanilla waters or fresh fruit of choice
DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, beat together cheesecake mix, cream cheese and butter until creamy.
CHEESEBALL
1. cover and chill at least 3 hours or until firm enough to form into a ball.
2. Roll firm mixture into a ball and serve on a platter with graham crackers.
DIP
1. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
2. Serve chilled with graham crackers, vanilla waters or fresh fruit of choice.
