Two family pleasing mealtime favorites. Includes one packet each of our Old Fashioned Meatloaf Mix and Italian Mozzarella Meatball Mix. Let us help make dinner time fast and easy!

Instructions

OLD FASHIONED MEATLOAF
Ingredients

packet Homemade
Gourmet® Old
Fashioned
Meatioat Mix
-
pound ground beef
¼ - ½ cup ketchup
or BBQ sauce
-
egg
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. in a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
Place mixture into an un-greased 5×8 loaf pan.
3. Bake for 40-50 minutes.

ITALIAN MOZZARELLA MEATBALLS
Ingredients

packet Homemade
Gourmet® Italian
Mozzarella
Meatball MIX pound ground beet
-
-
egg cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350%
2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Shape mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in size.
3. Place meatballs on foil lined pan or baking sheet, and bake for
15 - 20 minutes, until meatballs are cooked throughout.
SERVES 6
Serving Suggestion: Serve on hoagie buns or hot dog buns with your tavorite Spaghetti Sauce for quick and easy Meatball Subs!
