Instructions

PEANUT BUTTER COOKIE MIX
INGREDIENTS
1 Homemade Gourmet® Peanut Butter Cookie Mix
7 cup shortening
¾ cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons milk

egg
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all ingredients until well blended. Form soft dough into 1½ inch balls and roll each in sugar, if desired.
2. Place about 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet for 10 minutes (cookies will bake taster on darker cookie sheets). Cookies will look slightly underdone with a domed top.
3. Let cool on cookie sheet before removing.
MAKES ABOUT 36 COOKIES. INDIVIDUAL RESULTS MAY VARY.
PEANUT BLOSSOM COOKIES
INGREDIENTS
1 Homemade Gourmet® Peanut Butter Cookie Mix

¾ cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons milK

½ cup fiour
11/-ounce bag Hershey's Kiss®
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients, except Hershey's Kisses®. Form stiff dough into 1-Inch balls, roll each in sugar.
2. Place about 2 inches apart on an ungreased, cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.
3. Remove from oven, press one unwrapped Hershey's Kiss® in the center of each hot cookie.
4. Remove cookies to cooling rack and cool completely.
(Do not stack cookIes.)
NOTE: COOKIES FREEZE VERY WELL.
