A creamy pumpkin cheesecake mix and a peppermint cheesecake mix. Both are sure to be a hit at holiday gatherings! Add: cream cheese, whipped topping, graham cracker or chocolate pie crust. Each serves 8.

CARAMEL APPLE CHEESECAMEINGREDIENTS
1 packet Homemade Gourmet Caramel Apple Cheesecake Mix
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

(8-ounce) container whipped topping, inawed and divided 1 graham cracker or chocolate cookie pie crust
Caramel Sauce
DIRECTIONS
1. In a bowl, beat the cheesecake mix and cream cheese until smooth and creamy, and then gently stir in 4 ounces whipped topping.
2. Spoon mixture into crust and top with remaining whipped topping.
3. Chill at least 2 hours. Betore serving, drizzle caramel sauce over pie.

SLY LAME CHEESECAKE
INGREDIENTS
1 packet Homemade Gourmet® Key Lime Cheesecake Mix (-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened (°-ounce) container whipped topping, thawed and divided granam cracker pie crust
DIRECTIONS
1. in a bowl, beat the cheesecake mix and cream cheese until smooth and creamy, and then gently stir in 4 ounces whipped topping.
2. Spoon mixture into crust and top with remaining whipped topping.
3. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.

CHEESEBALL/DIP
INGREDIENIS

(8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened stick butter, sottened (no substitutes)
Graham crackers, vanilla wafers or fresh fruit of choice
DIRECTIONS
in a bowl, beat together cheesecake mix, cream cheese and butter until creamy.
CHEESEBALL
1. Cover and chill at least 3 hours or until firm enough to form into a ball.
2. Roll firm mixture into a ball and serve on a platter with graham crackers.
DIP
1. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
2. Serve chilled with graham crackers, vanila waters or fresh truit of choice.
